The problem here was that this existing model wasn’t tailored for their needs specifically as it was a generalised product.

Employees at Prodo were previously using Zoho’s CRM system to gather, organize, and analyze customer data to enhance the overall customer experience and improve sales and marketing efforts.

As this was my first onsite internship which resulted in giving me a lot of exposure in terms of collaboration and working in a cross-functionality team. This also provided me a chance to participate in research phase of real life projects.
As this was my first onsite internship which resulted in giving me a lot of exposure in terms of collaboration and working in a cross-functionality team. This also provided me a chance to participate in research phase of real life projects.
I would try to contribute in the research phase as I felt more like a learner during that process. Also, collaborating with Product Managers more efficiently would have also increased my output. User testing is also something that I would have like to do in a more comprehensive manner.
